2. A detailed presentation of the wines to be tasted with an emphasis on their individual characteristics by our Sommelier.

3. Lecture on “The ideal food and wine combination”.
4. Variety of wines to be tasted (2 white, 1 rose, 2 red and 1 dessert wine) accompanied by 4 complimenting Cretan dishes (one for every kind of wine-white, rose, red and dessert wine).
